Planning a wedding involves a lot of decisions. And somewhere in the middle of choosing your menu, booking your photographer and finalising your guest list, you'll hit the table styling question… charger plates, table runners, candles, napkins, the details that make a wedding feel considered and beautiful, but that can quietly become one of the most time-consuming parts of the whole process.
At The Barn at Pengelly, we wanted to make that part easy. Really easy. So, we created four in-house table styling packages that do the hard work for you.
What's Included
Each package includes charger plates, napkins, table runners, battery-powered taper candles and tea lights, and candle holders. Everything you need for a beautifully dressed table, all stored on-site at Pengelly, all set up by our team the day before your wedding.
When you arrive on your wedding day, your tables are already done. All that's left is for your florist to add any floral arrangements if you've chosen to have them, and then it's ready.

Set Up the Day Before. Ready When You Arrive.
Because your styling is stored on-site and set up by our own team the day before the wedding, there's no last-minute rushing, no coordinating with external hire companies, and no anxiety about whether everything will be ready in time.
You arrive to a room that's already dressed. You walk in, take a breath, and enjoy it.

Our packages remove the stress of delivery charges, collection fees, and the logistical hassle of coordinating timings on one of the most important days of your life. Everything lives here. No delivery vans. No return collections. No hidden costs.
It's also a more sustainable way to do things. Rather than couples buying items they use once and then try to resell or hire companies transporting the same items back and forth across the county, our pieces stay on-site and are used repeatedly. Better for your budget, better for the planet.
Pricing
Packages are priced by guest count, so you only pay for what you need:
- Up to 60 guests: £400
- Up to 80 guests: £500
- Up to 100 guests: £600
